Your order must reach us by 12:00 PM EST and must select Free Shipping at checkout. Goods are usually delivered within fifteen working days.

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a FEDEX or UPS tracking number. Follow the link in the email to see the estimated time of arrival of your order.

You or an authorised person must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures that your purchases are delivered to you safely. If your package arrives without you, FEDEX or UPS will leave a redelivery note.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotel or motel addresses. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and territories outside North America.

RETURN

The sale of goods is final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit for purchased sale items.

You may return any non-final sale product ordered on the inperfume.store  website for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as received, all labels affixed, and in the original packaging and plastic wrap (including the original delivery box, if possible). An original invoice must be provided for any returns.

You must check that your goods are correct upon delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order, such as damaged or missing goods, you should, if possible, manually note the nature of the problem and sign on the delivery notice when you receive your order. You must contact us as soon as possible, but no later than ten (10) days after receipt of the shipment. Please keep all packaging, including shipping boxes for photos and proof of claim.
